Claire is a big 2nd-grader, which means that she gets to add TWO sacraments to her count this year. She did her 1st Penance in February and she was able to take her 1st Communion this week. Her Gramma and Paw-paw came out for the event (and we quickly put Gramma's crafting skills to work making Claire's veil!). It was a beautiful Mass that I hope she remembers forever. We are very proud of her.
