We recently found out that our next assignment will be to... McGuire/Ft Dix in New Jersey! (Here's a map, in case you're wondering which of the little East Coast states that is). We're not moving yet - we'll get there in May of next year. It will be a short assignment; Phil will attend school with the Air Force there for a year and then we'll be off to yet another location.
Our days in lovely Oklahoma are numbered. Looking forward to some really good Philly cheesesteaks next year!

Looks like OK was your pit stop on your trek across the country! I think Colin is a pretty good souvenier of the place, though. Don't you?
As for the Air Force school...what an amazing opportunity and accomplishment, Phil! Congratulations and if you're ever sent to Jacksonville for training, you know you'll have a place for a home-cooked meal at the ready.
Great news, Kate and Phil! You'll only be about 70 miles from Dan and Shannon, and even closer to the place of their wedding! We can visit you and them at the same time! It's unreal how your kids are growing! We had a great vacation at a NJ beach--the kids will love the ocean; much different from the WA coast!
Did Phil roast the pumpkin seeds? We made ours with butter, Worcestershire sauce and garlic salt--mmmmmmm.
Looks like he'll have a field trip out to Scott in August. I guess I need to start working on you guys making it a family trip ;-) We're so proud of you, Phil! Congrats on the great assignment.
